Key Person
We operate a key person system, which means that a named member of staff will be assigned to the child. This member of staff will provide continuity throughout your child’s stay at nursery where they will be responsible for your child’s. The key person will work alongside your child, individually, in small groups as well as part of the whole group and will make observations on your child which will include your child’s interests and needs. We will meet with parents every term, to give an update on your child's progress and next steps.

Outdoor Play
Children are able to access a wide range of activities in the outdoors, such as climbing and balancing equipment, trikes, balls, water, sand, role play construction, planting and digging, as well as using the area for picnics in the summer term. All of our children experience the outdoor environment in all weather conditions - rain suits and wellington boots are used to allow them to splash about in puddles.
